Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with The Who Cares Club! We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help.
Returns:
- Eligibility: You may return items within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, sale items, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
How to Return:
- Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at thewhocaresclub@gmail.com to initiate your return.
- Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely, including your order number and reason for the return.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges:
- Eligibility: We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
- How to Exchange: Follow the return process above to send back the original item. Once we receive it, we will process your exchange request and ship out the new item.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
